Card remakes

Natural beauty redo.
This card was made for today's Clean and Simple challenge at Splitcoast, remaking a previously made card from my gallery, and making it clean and simple. The card I chose to remake is this one:

The card uses a retired Stampin'Up! set, Natural Beauty. I eliminated all but one of the layers, and chose to stamp all of the images on one layer, except the butterfly. All of the colors are the same as the original ( pink passion, pixie pink, old olive, always artichoke, chocolate chip, regal rose, pumpkin pie) except the main card is mellow moss card stock, and the images are stamped and colored on water color paper. I used the same aged copper brads as flower centers and added moss organdy ribbon.

Water color rose!
This card was also made for today's Clean and Simple challenge. I have been wanting to make some of these roses that Patty had made seen here:

The card I chose  to remake is here:

The card uses the same 'Fifth Avenue Floral' set but I changed up the rose, using Patty's embossing and  watercolor technique, and changed the background to whisper white craft ink, instead of the black. I added the leaves to the rose for some more color - they are in kiwi kiss card stock, and cut with a cuttlebug die. The main card is basic grey. The sentiment is from the 'On Your Birthday' set. The ribbon is pretty in pink taffeta.

Thanks for looking !
